It is equipped with a special valve on the water tank to prevent the water from flowing into the filter before it has reached the optimal brewing temperature. This ensures that the coffee powder only comes into contact with optimally heated water from the very beginning. This allows all the fine coffee flavour to fully unfold and keeps the coffee perfectly hot at all times.

This coffee machine with filter size 1x2® reliably prepares two to five cups of flavourful filter coffee. Thanks to its space-saving, slim design, even the smallest kitchen is guaranteed to have room for the Single 5®.

No mess: the filter coffee machine has an integrated drip stop that prevents coffee dripping when you remove the jug. After preparing coffee, the filter insert can be easily removed to dispose of the coffee filter and can be cleaned in the dishwasher if necessary.

The cup scale on the water tank makes it easier to full the required water quantity. The glass jug also has a quantity scale on the handle that can alternatively be used to precisely dose the desired quantity of water directly at the water tap.

Thanks to the integrated keep-warm plate, you can reliably keep your coffee hot for up to 40 minutes if needed. After that time, the coffee machine switches off automatically and thus ensures economical operation.

The removable filter insert and the glass jug are dishwasher safe. This makes cleaning quick and easy.
